Specific Exercise to Target Vertical Leap
If you are trying to improve on a certain aspect of your game it is important to do cross training but on the days that you are not cross training your program then those are the days when you really need to concentrate on the specific part of your game that needs helps. I am looking for ways that will help me in improving your vertical leap. I need to have specific exercises that I can do any where and anytime on the days where I do not need to get an all over body workout that will keep me conditioned.
