Man, is Aunt Stephanie going to love this: I found her a house in Totowa New Jersey for under $400,000 and some perks that make the price hotter than the sun. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large den, a balcony, kitchen with built-in microwave and polished wooden cabinets, and even a glass chandelier! She’s been looking for a house for a while now, and I figure I’d help her out and put some money down as payment for helping me pay off my loans. I’m worried though, since this house is bound to be selling like hotcakes.
