you dont have time?
i know that when it is time to get serious in hte weight room then it is time. but i am tired after my job because it is very physical and then i come home to my other work because i work from home and we have a new baby at home. i still find time to workout though. it may not be as much as i would like but i do get in a workout. i am adjusting my workouts to this new day and i am going to just make it work for me,. i am working on abdominal weight loss.
