dont skip carbs

diet is a big part of when you want  to get a lean stomach. but do not cut carbs out of your diet all together. this ios a mistake that a lot of people make these days because of all the low or no carb diets that have become so popualr these days. if you choose thr right foods and the right portion size then you will be just fine. if you do not have any carbs then you are not going to have the energy to get through a day let alone a workout. timeing is a big part of it too.
