     Squats are the best overall exercises to develop, shape and tone the front of the thighs. There are many other strength-training techniques that can help with the backs and inner thighs to smooth and firm them all over. Thigh exercises for the front consist of standing with your feet apart and toes slightly pointed outward. Cross your arms over your chest so that each hand rests on the opposite shoulder. Squat down pushing your bottom outwards. Make sure that your toes do not go out over your knees or you could sustain knee injuries. Do this move ten times. Rest. Do it ten more times. If you do this every other day, the front of your thighs will start to shape up nicely. For the inner thighs, you can lie on your side with legs straight in alignment with your body. Bend the top let up and place the foot at the knee of the leg on the bottom. Lift the bottom leg upward to about a 30 degree angle and lower. Repeat ten times and switch sides. You will have gorgeous thighs in no time at all.

My friends and I are looking to find a way that we can lose the excess weight we have gained from our pregnancies.  I really want to lose all of my baby weight quickly considering that it looks like it is mainly focused on my legs.  After doing a little bit of research, we came around a great inner thigh exercise that has gotten great reviews from different people.  We are going to start out workout next week and hopefully everything will turn out for the best.  Who knows, maybe we can start focusing on other body areas as well.

Everyday my daughter blow drys her hair straight. Then she will spend at least an hour with the flat iron. I wish there was a way to help speed up her morning routine. I have always believed in taking care of myself.  This entails eating a healthy diet, getting plenty of rest and making sure that I exercise.  I also believe in taking care of my skin.  I use a special moisturizer and wash on my face and I always apply body butter after I take my shower.  The way that you take care of yourself can make a huge difference in the way that you feel.  I find that when I look good, I also feel good.  So many people feel that they are too busy to take care of themselves properly and I find this quite sad.
