As you get better at targeting your muscle groups you will realize that you are in better control of your mind muscle connection. This will help you in many different areas of your training. Once you begin to really feel and work you target muscles you will realize that by vizualizing the muscle growing and getting larger. The same applies if you want to lose weight and get leaner. Control of the weight is important. Master your body with this mind muscle connection that you have right at your disposal. It will benefit you in many areas of your life aswell.
