make people happy to give you money
When you need to ask people for money I know its hard. But if your raising funds you should at least try to make people happy to giove you money. For example, try fund raising activities that are fun or help people from doing boring jobs. What I mean is, have a school fundraising day and make soaking the teacher an activity, you’ll be surprised how many adults as well as kids enjoy this as its a way to get their teacher back – even years after leaving school. Or what about car cleaning, it saves the car owner having to do that themselves and they will be happy to avoid that by handing over some cash. Get thinking and come up with fun ways yourself.
