Claims On The OPM When You Retire
26 February 2010
It is inevitable that in each person’s life, he or she encounters problems regarding his or her health. It may be because of working conditions or other, but everyone will have problems at one time in their life. This is also true for federal employees. If a federal employee gets injured and can only manage a lighter workload than what they are used to do, the worker is left with little options, unless they have disability retirement. In short, although given a lesser workload, a federal employee still has the right to claim whatever is lawful to him in the Office of Personal Management, the office that is popularly known for the OPM retirement plan.
